Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard customers can enjoy airport limousine service at a special rate of as low as HKD250 per ride upon accumulating every HKD3,000 or above with eligible travel related spending with your card. The booking charge and surcharge (if applicable) will be billed to the Eligible Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard. During the promotion period, each customer can book the airport limousine service for a maximum of 2 times in a single calendar month and a maximum of 2 times during the Promotion Period.

Eligible spending includes eligible credit card spending on any travel agency/tourist website to purchase or book airline tickets, travel packages, tour groups, and overseas hotel accommodation with accumulated spending of HKD 3,000 or more.
Important Notes (Hong Kong)
The promotion period is from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 (both days inclusive). The service period is from 1 July 2023 to 31 March 2024 (both days inclusive).
Please submit the completed application form online together with the eligible and legible Prestige World Mastercard travel-related transaction receipt(s) at least 3 working days in advance for booking and verification purposes to enjoy airport limousine service.
Customers will receive booking acknowledgement email and SMS message in 1 working day and confirmation email and SMS message in 3 working days from Service Provider. Customers will receive a SMS message with the chauffeur‘s name and phone number 24 hours before pick-up time.
For general enquiries, please contact Airport Limousine Services Ltd. at (852) 2116 1630 (24-hour service hotline). If there is any emergency matter on the day of service, customer can call emergency hotline at (852) 9155 0029. Any amendments of the ride less than 48 hours is allowed to rebook once ONLY within 90 days from the original booking date and a service fee HKD200 will be collected for every rebooking. A cancellation fee of HKD600 will be charged for any cancellation less than 48 hours in advance. An original price of HKD600 will be charged for no-show.
All communication must be made through the dedicated email address listed above and is treated as final. Hotline service serves as supplementary assistance purposes only.
Any booking charge and surcharge will be billed to the Eligible Credit Card by Service Provider under the name “Airport Limousine Services Ltd.” shown on the card statement and the SMS notification from the bank after the completion of the service.

Each ride is restricted to one stop only. HKD150 surcharge will be levied for each en-route stopover. The travelling route and whether it is en-route stopover is subject to the discretion of Service Provider. Route selection of the ride is subjected to Service Provider decision based on the traffic condition at the time of the ride. Any en-route stopover must be requested at the time of booking. Last minute requests will not be entertained.
Vehicle model used for providing the Service is subject to availability. The Service Provider reserves the right to replace any vehicle when necessary.
HKD200 surcharge will be levied for pick-up between 00:00 to 07:00.
For departure pick up at customers’ designated time, the maximum waiting period shall be 15 minutes. Subject to customers’ consent and Service Provider’s operational availability, the waiting period can be extended from the 16th minute onwards for an additional fee of HKD100 per hour. Waiting time (from 16th minute onwards) less than an hour will also be counted as one hour.
If customers choose to set the arrival pick-up time based on the flight’s Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), the maximum waiting period shall be 60 minutes from the flight landing time. Subject to customers’ consent and Service Provider’s operational availability, the waiting period can be extended. From the 61st minute onwards for an additional fee of HKD100 per every 30 minutes. Waiting time less than 30 minutes will also be counted as 30 minutes.
For each meet and greet service at airport / port / train and / or extra service at airport / hotel, an additional fee of HKD150 will be charged.
Customers must inform Service Provider on any amendments or cancellation of the booking via email hangsengprestige@airportlimousine.com.hk at least 48 hours prior to the booked departure time. Each booking can be rebooked maximum twice only and the rebooking date must fall within 90 days from the original booking date. A service fee of HKD200 will be collected for every thereafter rebooking. Any amendments of the booking less than 48 hours is allowed to rebook once ONLY within 90 days from the original booking date and a service fee HKD200 will be collected for every rebooking. A cancellation fee of HKD600 will be charged for any cancellation less than 48 hours in advance. An original price of HKD600 will be charged for no-show.
All scheduled Service will be suspended under the following conditions: (1) Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning or "Extreme Conditions" Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory and, (2) within 2 hours from the time Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning or "Extreme Conditions" Warning is cancelled.
Hang Seng and Service Provider shall not undertake relevant responsibility for any loss in the event of delay or loss owing to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control, such as typhoon, rainstorm, traffic jam, temporary political enforcement and rerouting. Based on safety reasons and / or bad weather situation, the Service Provider has sole discretion to suspend or refuse the Service or booking without any responsibility for any loss for passengers. Situation will include but not limit to typhoon, rainstorm, road conditions, safety of any passenger, driver or road user, stowage of overload / oversized / irregular luggage items.
In case the Customer would like to use the Service while failing to provide such receipt(s), an original price of HKD600 per ride will be charged. Reservation(s) must be made to the Service Provider via E-booking form address at least three (3) working days in advance and could be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance. The Service is available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
Luggage must be safely secured in a closed trunk / luggage compartment for Service to be rendered. Any booking which exceeds the maximum passenger and / or luggage capacity of the vehicle will not be accepted. As a general reference, the luggage capacity of a 4-seater sedan is 2 standard size suitcases (22'' X 12'' X 29'') and a 6-seater MPV is a total of 4 standard size suitcases.
By submitting the Service booking, customers agree that any personal information collected by the Service Provider, and it may be provided, held, used or disclosed by the Service Provider to third parties for the purpose of providing the Service.

Hang Seng and Service Provider will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
Customers shall be liable to keep the vehicles intact, clean and tidy during the use of vehicle. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. Customers shall be liable for all penalties and legal liabilities who fail to comply with the traffic regulations under the law of service location, as a result of any prosecution against the drivers or the vehicles owner, such as illegal get on / drop off at restricted zone.
Customers understand and accept that Service Provider is not the direct supplier of the Service. Service Provider shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the Service, including without limitation, the quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and / or services provided by the limousine services providers, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the limousine Service or in making available the Service.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the surcharge at any time without prior notice.

Designated overseas airports include the 20 airports listed above in this booking form.
The Service includes a single ride of limousine (4-seater Sedan) pick-up from / to the designated overseas airport as stated in the booking form above to / from the city centre of the local destinations. Destinations outside of city center will not be accepted. The local destinations must be accessible by road, within city centre area only, excluding areas which represent conditions such as to make the Service impossible, reasonably impracticable or unsafe. The definition of city centre and the travelling route is subject to the discretion of the Service Provide. Route selection of the ride is subjected to Service Provider decision based on the traffic condition at the time of the ride. Request for en-route stopover will not be accepted. The Service includes the driver service, luggage handling charges, fuel.
The Service Provider reserves the right to collect incidental charges from passenger such as tunnel and bridge tolls.
Each ride is restricted to one pick-up or drop-off point only and direct to / from the designated airport and city center.
Vehicle model of the 4-seater Sedan at each overseas service location is subject to availability and may vary. The Service Provider reserves the right to replace any vehicle when necessary.
Surcharge will be levied for booking of 6-seater or other size vehicle. Service is subjected to the car availability at the overseas service location.
For overseas limousine order, a midnight surcharge will be levied for pick-up between 23:00 – 07:00, local time, depending on service location. Customers will be advised of the surcharge upon booking.
Arrival and departure pick-up at Customer’s designated time, the maximum waiting period shall be 15 minutes. Subject to Customer’s consent and the Service Provider’s operation availability, the waiting period can be extended from the 16th minute onwards to a maximum of another 60 minutes at a charge of HKD60 to HKD500 per hour, depending on service location. Waiting time less than an hour will be counted as one hour.
If Customers choose to set the arrival pick-up time based on the flight’s Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), the maximum waiting period shall be 60 minutes from the flight landing time (For Singapore, the maximum waiting period shall be 45 minutes from flight landing time). Subject to Customer’s consent and the Service Provider’s operation availability, the waiting period can be extended from the 61st minute onwards (For Singapore, from 46th minute onwards) for a maximum of another 60 minutes at a charge of HKD60 to HKD500 per hour, depending on the service location. Waiting time less than an hour will be counted as one hour.
An additional parking fee will be charged to the Customers for using the parking service at the pick-up location.
In case the Customer would like to use the Service while failing to provide such receipt(s), an original price of HKD900 per ride will be charged. Reservation(s) must be made to the Service Provider via E-booking form at least 3 working days in advance and could be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance. The Service is available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability.
A one-time complimentary meet and greet service will be provided at the arrival hall for each airport pick up.
Blackout dates may apply during local holiday and mega events. Please contact the Service Provider for details.
